The fourth annual Endgame Dance Competition was hosted at St. Patrick Catholic Secondary School on May 14, welcoming over 700 attendees, including 140 dancers from 11 dance teams in the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB). This competition showcased the incredible student talent throughout the TCDSB, as West and East schools went head-to-head in a dance battle. This year’s Endgame Knockouts were adjudicated by Angela De La Cruz, Chris Gallina, and Kwasi Obeng-Adjei.
Despite being its fourth year, Endgame 2026 continues to be leading innovators in the competitive dance world by including live-streaming, halftime performers, state-of-the-art lighting, and more! Endgame is proud to actively be spearheading dance throughout the board!
A special thank you to all the teams that competed this year including: St. John Paul II (Vitality), St. John Henry Newman (Hype), Francis Libermann (VZA), Senator O'Connor (Synergy), St. Patrick (Velocity), Mary Ward (Adrenalyn), Dante Alighieri (Coalesce), St. Basil-the-Great (Notorious SBC), Marshall McLuhan (Bullseye), Loretto College (DIS Diversity in Sight), and Bishop Marrocco/Thomas Merton (Xcel).
After the dance battle, which was won by Tonii Targa from Mary Ward, Endgame 2026 announced that Dante, Loretto, and BMTM had placed Top 3 for the West, and that St. Patrick, Senator O'Connor, and Mary Ward placed Top 3 for the East. Joining them at the finals is Marshall McLuhan, who won the wild card entry. All 7 teams will now meet again on June 3 for the Endgame Finals hosted at Dante Alighieri.
