On August 24, 2021, Ukrainians around the world celebrated the 30th anniversary of Ukraine’s independence. On August 24, 1991, Ukraine's Parliament declared their country an indivisible, democratic, and independent State. The history of Ukraine is defined by the Ukrainian people’s enduring faith in their right to live free in their own land, and to choose their common destiny as a nation.
