Loretto College School students had the opportunity to spend the day at the Catholic Education Centre (CEC) to celebrate Women Trailblazers and Leaders as part of the Create the Future 2.0 even for International Women's Day. They attended an expert panel discussion and participated in hands-on workshops where they created, designed, and built new things. Students had the opportunity to explore activities related to the skilled trades and STEAM, including:
Aluminum embossing
Woodburning
Pipe building
Wind turbine building
Circuit board making
The students had a great time and were very excited to attend the event!
