Newcomer Conference 2025 - The Newcomer Conference is geared towards welcoming all newcomer students to the TCDSB community. This student-centred conference will include opportunities for students to network, make peer connections, and participate in a variety of workshops and activities. - WHO: Open to Permanents Residents, International Students or Refugees who have arrived in Canada from 2021 onwards. Educators must register for and attend the conference with any newcomer students who fit in the description above. Educators, please register early as seats are limited. - WHEN: October 15: Secondary (9-12) October 16: Elementary (5-8) 10 am - 2 pm - WHERE: Catholic Education Centre 80 Sheppard Avenue E, Toronto, ON M2N 6E8 - Register by October 3, 2025 - Welcome to the TCDSB Community! - Questions? The 2025 Newcomer Conference will be held on October 15, 2025 (Wednesday) for Grades 9 to 12 and October 16, 2025 (Thursday) for Grades 5 to 8.
