Newcomer Video Competition 2025

We thank all newcomer students who submitted entries to the 2025 TCDSB Newcomer Video Competition. To enter the competition, newcomer students in Grades 6-12 submitted a video of 2 to 2.5 minutes in length about the theme: I Am A Newcomer: What I Wish My Teachers and Classmates Knew About Me. Newcomers are permanent residents, international students or refugees who arrived in Canada from 2021 to 2025.
