About Our Director:

Rory McGuckin has been a key member of the senior administrative team since 2010, most recently serving as Associate Director of Academic Affairs. A highly respected educator, he has worked in various capacities within the MSSB/TCDSB for 33 years.  Prior to his appointment as Associate Director, Mr. McGuckin served as Superintendent of Human Resources and Labour Relations, and held other crucial leadership portfolios supporting the Board’s work as head of the Safe Schools Department, overseeing governance and policy development, and direct responsibilities for Parent Engagement and Community Relations. As a graduate of TCDSB, he brings a unique and intimate perspective having attended St. Andrew Catholic School and Father Henry Carr Catholic Secondary School.
