SchoolCash Online

SchoolCash Online is a convenient and safe way for parents and guardians to pay for school materials and activities, including class trips, pizza lunches, agendas, yearbooks, and more.

Please note that parents and guardians are still able to pay by cheque or cash.

When Can I Start Using SchoolCash Online?

Any parent and guardian with a child currently enrolled in a Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) school can create an account on SchoolCash Online and pay for school materials and activities offered by the school.

Once you have registered, you can then add your child to your account and receive emails and updates on available materials and activities.

The SchoolCash Online account can also be used to make donations to schools, Catholic School Parent Councils (CSPC) and Student Nutrition Programs (SNP).

How Does SchoolCash Online Work?

All available materials and activities applicable to your child will be posted on the TCDSB SchoolCash Online website. Once you register, you can choose to purchase the materials or activities using a credit card or eCheque. You will then be able to see when new materials or activities are posted, and have the option to be notified when a payment is required.

How Do I Register?

Please register on the TCDSB SchoolCash Online website.

A step-by-step Video | PDF guide is available to assist you with the registration process.
