To request student transcripts and diplomas, please follow the information provided on this page.

The student transcript processing office will be closed from July 24 to August 3, 2026.
Transcript requests received after July 21, 2026 will be processed beginning August 4, 2026, in the order they were received.
Please also note that the Student Transcript Processing Office will be closed on the following Fridays: July 10, July 17, August 14, and August 21, 2026.
An official Ontario Student Transcript is a record of the credits earned in secondary school. Transcripts are required for university or college applications, other post-secondary programs, employment, and more.
All school boards in Ontario are mandated to maintain the Ontario Student Record folder, including a copy of the official transcript, 55 years after the student has been demitted.
Transcript requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. They typically require 5 to 7 business days to process.
The Archives and Records Management Department is closed to public access. Walk-ins are not available due to hybrid work arrangements.
Please note that during the summer break, credit additions cannot be processed, as Guidance staff are unavailable for credit verification. Processing will resume in September at the start of the school year.
