Transcript and Diploma Requests

To request student transcripts and diplomas, please follow the information listed on this page.

Ontario Student Transcript

An official Ontario Student Transcript is a record of credits achieved in secondary school. Transcripts are required for university / college application, other post secondary programs, employment, etc.

All school boards in Ontario are mandated to maintain the Ontario Student Record (OSR) folder including a copy of the official Student Transcript (OST) for a minimum of 55 years after the student is demitted.

How to Obtain an Ontario Student Transcript

Transcript requests are processed on a “first come first served” basis.

Transcript requests require an average of 5 to 7 business days to process.

The process to obtain a transcript depends on when the student left school:

Student Diploma

Student Diploma requests may take up to 8-12 weeks to be processed.

How to Obtain a Student Diploma

To obtain a diploma, complete the Diploma Request Form.

Submit the completed form along with appropriate payment to:​
