Transcript and Diploma Requests

Holidays Office Closure

Please note that the student transcript processing office will be closed from December 18, 2025 (Thursday) to January 11, 2026 (Sunday).

For your transcript request to be processed before the Holiday Office Closure, please request your transcript online or drop off your request at the security desk on 80 Sheppard Avenue East, before December 18, 2025 (Thursday).

Please be advised that transcript requests received on December 18, 2025 (Thursday) or after this date will be ready only after January 12, 2026 (Monday).

Ontario Student Transcript

An official Ontario Student Transcript is a record of the credits earned in secondary school. Transcripts are required for university or college applications, other post-secondary programs, employment, and more.

All school boards in Ontario are mandated to maintain the Ontario Student Record folder, including a copy of the official transcript, for a minimum of 55 years after the student has been demitted.

How to Obtain an Ontario Student Transcript

Transcript requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. They typically require 5 to 7 business days to process.

The Archives and Records Management Department is closed to public access. Walk-ins are not available due to hybrid work arrangements.
