To request for IT assistance, you need your TCDSB login credentials to submit a ticket.
If you are not able to login or need to unblock an account, please call the Service Desk at 416-512-3500.
Regular Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
To escalate an existing incident, please provide your incident number and a brief explanation for the escalation when calling the Service Desk.
