Toronto Catholic District School Board Budget/Finance
With an annual budget of $1.1 billion, the TCDSB is one of Toronto’s largest employers, with over 14,000 employees who are responsible for the daily education of some 92,000 students in 201 schools.
Guided by the Board’s Multi-Year Strategic Plan, the TCDSB budget continues our commitment to achieve effective, efficient and equitable programs and services while better meeting the needs of all students. Our priorities include ongoing investments in 21st century learning and technology, special education, Full-Day Kindergarten, and a focus on literacy and math programs.
The TCDSB remains focused on student achievement and well-being, stewardship of resources and excellence in governance. We are also continuing to reinvest in our schools and our communities through a comprehensive capital program that will see us continuing to build bigger, better and environmentally sustainable spaces for our students.
