Do I have a choice as to what elementary school I send my child to?
We encourage parents to register their children at their identified community Catholic school. If, however, parents wish to send their children to another school, they are able to make an out-of-boundary request and be placed on a waiting list for another school (placement is not guaranteed).
Is childcare offered in TCDSB schools?
Many TCDSB schools provide full childcare programs and before-and-after school programs; please call your neighbourhood Catholic school or call (416) 222-8282 extension 2475.
Is Junior Kindergarten mandatory?
Junior Kindergarten is not mandatory, however, your child will be placed age-appropriate the following year into Senior Kindergarten.
Is school bus transportation provided?
Your community Catholic school can provide information about availability of busing and bus routes. Our Transportation Department at (416) 229-5313 can also confirm the availability of transportation. Please note that transportation can only be provided to what is considered your neighbourhood Catholic school.
