Awards and Scholarships
The Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) offers a variety of scholarships and awards to celebrate student achievements and support their goals after graduation.

Awards Night 2026
Awards Night took place on May 4 and marked a special event hosted by the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) to kick off Catholic Education Week. The evening provided an opportunity to honour the achievements of alumni, students, staff, and supporters of Catholic education.

Graduate Awards and Scholarships
Some scholarships and awards are open to all TCDSB students, while others are specific to certain schools.
Angel Foundation for Learning
The Angel Foundation for Learning (AFL) is a charitable organization that serves the needs of TCDSB students through many initiatives, including bursaries and awards.
With the aim to facilitate opportunities for all students to pursue their post-secondary educational dreams, the AFL provides various bursaries and awards on an annual basis.

External Awards and Scholarships
Many external scholarships and awards are available to students. Some of these scholarships include:
Toronto Secondary Unit (TSU) Graduating Student Award - Application forms are available from your school’s TSU Association Representative.
Students and families are encouraged to search online to access additional scholarship opportunities and resources.
