An Official Ontario Student Transcript is a record of credits achieved in Secondary School. Transcripts are required for university/college application, other post secondary programs, employment, etc. All school boards in Ontario are mandated to maintain the Ontario Student Record (OSR) folder including a copy of the Official Student Transcript (OST) for a minimum of 55 years after the student is demitted.
(Students who left secondary school after June 30, 2012):
- Former Toronto Catholic District School Board students who left secondary school after to June 30, 2012 must contact the last secondary school attended in order to obtain an Official Ontario Student Transcript.
- Former TCDSB students whose school has closed must request their Ontario Student Transcript from this transcript office.

1. Note that between July and August only, ALL transcripts will be processed by the Archives and Records Management Department due to school closure during the summer.
2. Students who transferred to another school outside of the Toronto Catholic District School Board in order to continue their secondary school education must contact that particular school and/or school board in order to obtain an Official Transcript.
