Toronto Catholic District School Board

TCDSB Anonymous AlertsAnonymous Alerts Large Logo

Toronto Catholic District School Board is pleased to introduce a new communications tool called Anonymous Alerts.

What is the Anonymous Alerts app?

The Anonymous Alerts reporting system helps to promote safe, positive and accepting School climates by empowering students to anonymously report inappropriate behaviours to school staff.

The system allows for 1-way or 2-way anonymous encrypted communications between submitters (students, parents or community members) and Administrators  and/or school staff. Users of the system have the option to remain anonymous or to reveal their identity when submitting a report.

How Does it Work?

To use this revolutionary new app, students, parents or other school personnel can simply visit the Toronto Catholic District School Board website and click on the "Anonymous Alerts" button or text link to submit a report expressing their concern. Anonymous Alerts mobile applications can be downloaded directly from the Apple, Google Play or the Chrome stores. TCDSB supplies students, parents and community members a  generic user name and password activation code, making the app. remarkably easy to use. Students select the school name and contact group, and send their message.

TCDSB Suspension and Expulsion Policy (Consolidated)

This policy affirms that, consistent with our Multi-Year Strategic Plan, Catholic Social Teachings and Ontario Catholic School Graduate Expectations, the conduct of students as members of the Catholic school community is expected to be modelled upon Christ, and conduct falling below that standard requires appropriate discipline. Creating a positive school climate is a shared responsibility of all stakeholders.
