Notes on Translation The electronic translation service on the Toronto Catholic District School Board's website is hosted by Google Translate. The quality of the translation will vary in some of the languages offered by Google. Google Translate is a free service and currently offers translation in over 50 languages, although an impressive number, this does not capture all languages or dialects. The basic translation's goal is to capture the general intention of the original English material. The Toronto Catholic District School Board does not guarantee the quality, accuracy or completeness of any translated information. Before you act on translated information, the Board encourages you to confirm any facts that are important to you and affect any decisions you may make. The Toronto Catholic District School Board is committed to parent, family and community engagement, and it is our hope that by providing this tool on our website that we are making our information more accessible to families whose first language is not English and thereby enabling better engagement in public education.

School Cash Online
TCDSB is pleased to introduce
School Cash Online, an easy to use, safe and convenient way for parents and guardians to pay for their children’s school fees, including agendas, yearbooks and class trips.
This new cashless system offers parents the convenience of paying online for school activities and purchases from the convenience of your own home! This includes payments for school trips, activities, sports-related fees, and pizza lunches (just to name a few), as well as providing the following benefits:
- A convenient fee payment option that saves time
- Reduces paper
- Student safety - no more need to send cash or cheques to school
Please note: Parents/guardians will still be able to pay by cheque or cash for school activities. In this case, cheque is the preferred option in order to help minimize cash in schools.
When can I start using School Cash Online?
Any parent with a child in a TCDSB school can create an account on School Cash Online to pay for items offered by their child’s school. Once an account is created, you can attach your child/ren to your account and you will receive emails and updates on items available for purchase for your child/ren. The School Cash Online account can also be used to make donations to schools, parent councils (CSPC) and Nutrition Programs.
How does School Cash Online work?
All school fees applicable to your child will be posted on the
TCDSB School Cash Online website. Once you register, you can choose to purchase the items or activities using a credit card,
eCheque, and myWallet. You will be able to see when the school has a new item posted online for purchase and you also have the option to be notified whenever your child has a new school event requiring payment.
How do I register?
Register for School Cash Online by visiting the
TCDSB's School Cash Online website, selecting “Get Started Today” and completing the three registration steps. Once registered, you will receive an email notification when items become available for purchase online.
A step-by-step guide is available to assist you with the registration process:
